Solar Controls
One of the TR 0502 U outputs is wired to a pump that circulates the heat transfer fluid between the collectors and the storage tank during the course of the day. This microprocessor-based controller utilizes RTD (resistance temperature detector) type sensors to monitor collector and tank temperatures with digital accuracy. The LCD display gives the homeowner a variety of real time information including system temperatures at up to five separate locations.
The TR 0502 U features a total of five inputs for recording temperatures or pulse values. Pumps and switching valves are controlled by using two outputs, some of which can be RPM controlled. Varistors protect the sensor inputs against high voltage spikes. The load side is fuse protected.
